~capturing the beauty of nature and architecture through photography ~

About Me

Taken at an abbey that was bombed
 during WWII in Cherbourg, France
My name is Jennifer Hoxworth, and I live in the beautiful southwest.

~ My personal aesthetic has been formed out of certain passions in my life:

~ My Love of Photography...
I love documenting my life and travels with thousands of photos, most of which are just for me personally. Photos help me to remember...when I see them I remember. I remember the sounds, smells and feel of that moment, and that moment is part of a story.

I started my journey as a photographer at a professional studio years ago, back in the day of film...when you had only a few shots to get it right and nothing was edited.

~ My Love of Travel...I love to experience different cultures; I feel that every trip I take opens my mind to new ideas and beauty. If I had unlimited funds, I think I would spend every month in a new place. One of my greatest joys while traveling is to capture the God-made and man-made beauty in the world.

~ My Love of Architecture...I love that great architecture is actually ART that you can walk through, live in, and experience. I love great spaces.

~ I hope you enjoy my work, and get a small glimpse into the story that surrounds each photo ~
